To All Interested Bidders: The Purchasing Department for the Board of Trustees of the Tupelo Public School District will receive sealed proposals for E-Rate items until 9:00 A.M. on Friday, January 30, 2026, at the Tupelo School's Finance Office, 445 N Church Street, Tupelo, MS 38804. All proposals must be mailed to TUPELO PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT, ATTN: KACI CATES, PO BOX 557, TUPELO, MS 38802-0557 or returned or delivered to 445 N Church Street, Tupelo, MS 38804 with the following information on the sealed envelope:

This page must be completed and returned with all bid information. Discussions and negotiations may be necessary. The obligation to purchase is not certified until the Tupelo Public School District issues and sends an official purchase order. We will pay only the school district portion of cost as determined by E-Rate.

We reserve the right to reject all proposals submitted with option to rebid. The District reserves the right for discussions to be conducted with “offerers” who submit proposals determined to be reasonably susceptible of being selected for award, but proposals may be accepted without such discussions. Proposal will be awarded as lowest and best by line item to one or multiple vendors, as determined by the Tupelo School District and as awarded by the School Board of Trustees to be in the best interest of the District. The District reserves the right to waive informalities, as it deems appropriate. All information and offers will be held confidential as prescribed by “Request For Proposal” procedures.

This RFP is being issued in conjunction with E-Rate Funding Year 2026 (July 2026-June 2027). The 470 application number 260008226 has been filed with Schools and Libraries Division of USAC. This is a proposal for E-Rate with contract pricing for 3 years, to include optional two, 1-year extensions with price redetermination every 18 months with not-to-exceed pricing.
